HVAC & Conditioning: o Maintain air conditioning units in guest rooms, restaurant areas, and common spaces. o Monitor and maintain heat pumps, heating systems, and ensure efficient temperature control. 6. Room & Property Maintenance: o Carry out basic repairs in guest rooms such as fixtures, fittings, furniture, and minor carpentry tasks. o Ensure guest rooms and service areas are maintained in excellent condition. 7.
