We are looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter (बढ़ई) to join our interior and construction team. The candidate must be experienced in woodwork, modular furniture, partitions, doors, and site carpentry for interior fit-out projects. Most sites are based in Delhi NCR, but some Pan India travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities (मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ):

• Execution of carpentry work at interior and construction sites
• (इंटीरियर और कंस्ट्रक्शन साइट्स पर बढ़ई का कार्य करना)
• Work on modular furniture, wardrobes, partitions, wall paneling, doors, etc.

(मॉड्यूलर फर्नीचर, अलमारी, डिवाइडर, वॉल पैनलिंग और दरवाजों पर काम करना)

• Read and understand technical drawings or instructions

(तकनीकी ड्रॉइंग और निर्देशों को पढ़ना और समझना)(उपकरणों का सुरक्षित और कुशलतापूर्वक उपयोग करना – जैसे आरी, ड्रिल, ग्राइंडर आदि)(साइट सुपरवाइजर और प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजर के साथ समन्वय)(कंपनी मानकों के अनुसार काम की गुणवत्ता और फिनिश बनाए रखना)Requirements (आवश्यकताएँ):

• Use tools like saws, drills, grinders, etc. safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers
• Maintain quality and finish of work as per company standards

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in carpentry work in interior/construction projects

• Ability to work independently at sites

• ITI or vocational training in carpentry (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Willingness to travel as per project need

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Carpenter for our interior and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in woodwork, modular furniture installation, partitions, doors, paneling, and general site carpentry work. Most project sites are in Delhi NCR, but travel across India may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute carpentry work at interior and construction sites
• Work on modular furniture, wardrobes, partitions, wall paneling, doors, and customized fittings
• Read and interpret technical drawings and layout plans
• Operate carpentry tools and machinery (saws, drills, grinders, etc.) safely and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of finishing and quality as per project requirements
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and project managers
• Ensure safety and cleanliness at the work site
• Willingness to travel across India when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in carpentry/interior fit-out work
• Proficient in handling various carpentry tools and materials
• Ability to work independently and deliver quality results under deadlines
• ITI/vocational certification in Carpentry is preferred
• Must be open to travel Pan India (most sites in Delhi NCR)
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 30,000 (Based on Experience)
