Job Title: Field Technician – EV Charging Infrastructure Location: Delhi NCR Company: Carp Enterprises Industry: Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–2 years preferred Salary: As per industry standards About Us: We are a growing company working in the field of Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Infrastructure. Our mission is to enable India’s transition to clean mobility by providing reliable, accessible, and tech-enabled EV charging solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled professionals to join our technical team on the ground. Job Role Overview: The Field Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EV charging stations across the Delhi NCR region. The role demands hands-on technical work, field visits, and coordination with internal teams and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Install and commission EV charging stations at customer or company sites Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of EV chargers Conduct site surveys and share real-time updates Diagnose faults and perform repair/replacement of components Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients during field visits Maintain tools, spares, and safety protocols during site work Provide end-user training and support when needed Travel across the NCR region for installations and service calls Qualifications & Skills: Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or related field (mandatory) 1–2 years of field experience in electrical installations or maintenance Experience with EV chargers or similar systems is a plus Ability to read basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR Basic understanding of safety standards and electrical protocols Comfortable with smartphone apps and basic reporting tools Additional Preferences: Valid two-wheeler driving license (cumpulsory) Working knowledge of Hindi and basic English Candidates from Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, or Faridabad are preferred What We Offer: Industry-relevant hands-on experience in the fast-growing EV sector Exposure to leading EV charging technologies Supportive team and growth opportunities Travel allowance and field tools provided How to Apply: Please send your updated resume to info@carp.co.in with the subject line: “Field Technician – Delhi NCR Application” Or contact us at +91 8390266830 for more details.
