Carnatic Vocal Teacher

Job Description: ABODE School is seeking a dedicated and skilled Carnatic Vocal Music Teacher to join our institution. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Carnatic music, with a passion for teaching and inspiring students of various age groups and skill levels. The teacher will be responsible for planning lessons, conducting classes, preparing students for performances and nurturing a deep appreciation for classical music. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular Carnatic vocal music classes for individuals or groups. Teach fundamental concepts and prepare lesson plans tailored to the skill level of each student. Evaluate student progress and provide feedback for improvement. Organize and prepare students for stage performances, competitions. Promote Indian classical music and cultural appreciation among students. Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Carnatic Music or equivalent from a recognized institution. Good communication skills in English.
