You will be responsible for providing technical guidance, solving complex problems, and driving innovation in embedded systems design. Job Responsibilities: 1. Technical Leadership: - Provide expert-level guidance and leadership in the development of embedded systems projects. - Act as a mentor to Engineers, providing support and knowledge transfer to enhance team capabilities. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in embedded systems design. 2. System Design and Architecture: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and architecture for embedded solutions. - Design and architect embedded systems, considering factors such as performance, power consumption, and scalability. - Conduct feasibility studies and prototyping to evaluate new technologies and approaches. 3. Software Development: - Lead software development efforts for embedded systems, including firmware, drivers, and application software. - Write efficient and maintainable code in C/C++ and other relevant programming languages. - Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices. 4. Hardware Integration: - Work closely with hardware engineers to integrate software with embedded hardware platforms. - Debug and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, utilizing tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debuggers. - Optimize system performance through hardware/software co-design and tuning. 5. Documentation and Reporting: - Create and maintain documentation for embedded systems, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals. - Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
