Role & Responsibilities: Build and manage social media calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube Spot and leverage trends, features (Reels, Shorts, Stories, Threads, etc.) for brand growth Create engaging content ideas, hooks, and captions aligned with brand tone Proficiency in AI prompt writing Knowledge of product marketing & sales Basic understanding of SEO Collaborate with design & video teams to produce scroll-stopping creatives Manage community engagement (DMs, comments, interactions) Work with paid media team to integrate organic + paid strategy Track analytics, optimize performance, and prepare reports Preferred Candidate Profile: 1 to 3 years of hands-on social media experience (agency or D2C brand preferred) Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills Strong understanding of brand building + consumer psychology Creative thinker who can ideate fast and execute campaigns quickly Familiar with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, scheduling & analytics platforms Independent worker with quick turnaround and strong attention to detail Must submit examples of past campaigns / content portfolio Experience with Generative AI – Runway, Midjourney, etc., will be preferable (Note: Share portfolio & case studies with application) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: Erode, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
