The Pediatrician Consultant (MD, DCH) plays a crucial role in providing specialized medical care and support for pediatric patients in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh. Required qualifications for this position include a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree with a specialization in Pediatrics, Diplomate of National Board (DNB) or Diploma in Child Health (DCH), a state medical license to practice as a Pediatrician in Uttar Pradesh, a minimum of 3 years of experience in pediatric medicine and healthcare, proficiency in conducting pediatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment, a strong understanding of child growth and development principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, empathy and compassion towards pediatric patients and their families, commitment to upholding professional and ethical standards, awareness of current trends and advancements in pediatric healthcare, ability to handle emergency and critical care situations, strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy in medical documentation, and willingness to participate in continuous medical education and training.
