Promote collaborative coding, secure development practices (for Cybersecurity), and responsible AI development (for AI). Coordinate with institutional stakeholders for smooth project execution and evaluation. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or AI . Minimum 3 years of experience in industry or academic training. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methods, and hands-on project mentoring. Proficient in at least one programming language (Python/Java, etc.). For Cybersecurity: Knowledge of OWASP, threat modeling, ethical hacking, etc. For AI: Hands-on with ML models, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, deployment tools, etc. Familiar with Git, CI/CD, cloud tools – a plus. Reporting directly to the MD & CEO, you will be entrusted with managing high-value institutional relationships, delivering measurable outcomes, and upholding CareerTiQ’s commitment to academic and industry excellence. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new institutional clients (colleges, universities, training centers) to expand CareerTiQ’s market footprint. Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets. Conduct high-impact presentations, product demos, and workshops for institutional decision-makers and faculty. Negotiate partnership agreements, MoUs, and commercial terms. Manage post-sales engagement to ensure smooth onboarding, training delivery, and ongoing satisfaction.
