About the Role Career Launcher, India’s leading test-prep brand, is looking for a Telesales Executive with proven experience in converting leads into admissions through telephonic counselling. You’ll be responsible for calling and guiding students and parents about our programs — CLAT, IPMAT, CUET, and CAT — and ensuring maximum enrollments. Key Responsibilities Call and counsel prospective students & parents. Convert raw data/leads into confirmed admissions. Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets. Coordinate with counselling & marketing teams. Requirements 1–3 years of telesales / tele-counselling experience , preferably in the education sector .
