We are hiring Contact Center/ BPO experienced candidates for Senior Customer Support/ Senior Technical Support Associate Role that includes Voice, blended and Technical Support Process. We are looking for Immediate Joiners. The CTC offered for the above roles are in between 4.5 Lacs to 6 Lacs. Eligibility: Should be undergraduate or Graduate. Should Have minimum 1 year of International Calling Experience (Mandate). We need someone who is exceptionally good with written and Verbal Communication. Should be flexible with night shifts. Should be residing within 25 Kilometres from Hi-Tech city. Work location will be Hi-Tech city. Should be an Immediate Joiner Roles and Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
