Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Chennai Experience: 3+ years About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives and drive student engagement and enrollment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of performance marketing, content strategy, SEO, and analytics, preferably with experience in the education sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Identify and segment target audiences to optimize campaign reach, engagement, and conversions. Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Monitor KPIs such as traffic, engagement, CPL, and conversion rates to guide campaign improvements. Lead content marketing initiatives including blogs, videos, email marketing, and social media. Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility and organic traffic. Create engaging content and manage social media channels to enhance brand awareness and build an active student community. Monitor industry trends and audience interactions to improve digital engagement. Plan and launch targeted digital campaigns aimed at increasing student inquiries, applications, and conversions. Work closely with the admissions, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with organizational objectives. Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools. Generate regular reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably within the education sector (edtech, universities, coaching institutes, etc.). Proven expertise in managing paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing strategies. Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms. Strong analytical mindset, creativity, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and project management skills.
