As an Academic Counselor at our organization, your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media before and after the sales process. It will be crucial for you to maintain a detailed database of all interactions with leads and provide continuous feedback to the Student Experience Manager to enhance lead closure rates. Additionally, you will need to cultivate a positive working relationship with students and effectively manage sales targets. Please note that this role requires you to work 6 days a week. While a mobile phone will not be provided, a SIM card will be available. Therefore, it is essential for you to have an extra phone or a device with an extra SIM slot for work purposes.
