Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Baramulla, designed to support the provision of client-focused care services. As a Care Worker, you will assist individuals with their daily routines, ensure their comfort and safety, provide emotional support, and promote independence. Responsibilities include managing tasks such as personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, and fostering positive relationships with clients. This role also requires effective documentation and communication with team members to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications

• Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills to provide empathetic and effective care
• Proficiency in organizing daily routines, personal care, and medication administration
• Basic knowledge of first aid, health, and safety practices
• Strong observational, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to diverse care needs
• Relevant previous experience or training in caregiving, healthcare, or social work is a plus
• Certification in caregiving or healthcare support, or equivalent qualifications, is advantageous
• Physical ability to perform tasks related to personal care and mobility assistance
