The Operations Cum Relationship Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff scheduling, and ensuring the quality of care services. Duties also include building and maintaining relationships with patients and their families, coordinating between different departments, and ensuring compliance with health care regulations. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
