4baseCare is a Precision Oncology Solutions provider that utilizes Advanced Genomics and Next-gen digital health technology to deliver state-of-the-art cancer treatment. We provide a distinctive range of indigenous comprehensive cancer gene panels that empower oncologists to select the most suitable precision therapies for their patients, and our genomic testing portfolio plays a pivotal role in personalizing patient care in Oncology. Our company, supported by Illumina, is headquartered in Singapore and is a part of the Illumina Accelerator 10th Cycle. This is a full-time Patient Care Companion role located in Bengaluru. As a Patient Care Companion, you will be tasked with coordinating and supervising a patient's clinical journey from diagnosis to treatment. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting patient information, scheduling patient appointments, and engaging them on the OncoBuddy App. Close collaboration with the clinical team and management is essential to ensure that patients receive timely and compassionate care. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field. - 0-1 year of experience in patient care coordination. - Strong organizational and coordination skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in medical terminology. - Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently prioritize tasks. - Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. - Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare setting. - Experience with patient engagement for 1+ year. Requirements: - 0-1 year of experience in healthcare or a client-facing industry. - Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory for this role. - Residing in Bangalore or willingness to relocate to Bangalore, as this is an in-office position.
