Provide comprehensive nursing care to post-operative CTVS patients in the ICU. Monitor and interpret vital signs, hemodynamic parameters, ECG, and other ICU indicators. Administer IV fluids, medications, inotropes, and blood products as per medical orders. Operate and manage ventilators, infusion/syringe pumps, and other ICU equipment. Assist in emergency interventions, CPR, intubation, and code blue response. Ensure aseptic techniques, infection control protocols, and wound care practices. Monitor and maintain chest tubes, central lines, arterial lines, and Foley catheters. Document all care provided, including assessments, medication, procedures, and shift reports. Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other ICU staff to implement care plans.
