Provide comprehensive nursing care to post-operative CTVS patients in the ICU. Monitor and interpret vital signs, hemodynamic parameters, ECG, and other ICU indicators. Administer IV fluids, medications, inotropes, and blood products as per medical orders. Operate and manage ventilators, infusion/syringe pumps, and other ICU equipment.
