Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Cardiology Coder to join our growing medical billing and coding team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and Modifiers specific to cardiology procedures, along with a solid background in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Medical AR Follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign accurate CPT, ICD-10 codes, and Modifiers for cardiology-related services.
• Ensure correct CPT/ICD-10 linkage to minimize denials and improve claim accuracy.
• Code and process a wide range of cardiology procedures, including:
• Echocardiogram (ECHO)
• Stress Test / Nuclear Stress Test
• EKG / ECG and Holter Monitor
• Cardiac Catheterization and EP Studies
• Pacemaker and ICD Implants
• Work with billing and AR teams to identify and resolve coding issues.
• Maintain compliance with current coding standards, payer guidelines, and HIPAA regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Medical AR Follow-up or RCM, with a focus on Cardiology Billing.
• Strong knowledge of cardiology-specific CPT, ICD-10, and Modifiers.
• Experience in handling claim rejections and denials related to coding.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Professional Coder (CPC, CCS, or equivalent certification**).
• Experience using EHR/EMR systems and U.S. healthcare billing platforms.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
