Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Nurse

As a Cath Lab Staff Nurse at KIMSHEALTH, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, stenting, and other interventional procedures. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing and maintaining established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards. - Providing pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure nursing care for patients, including comprehensive patient assessments and administration of medications as per protocol. - Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs, neurological status, and response to treatment during procedures. - Assisting in the preparation and positioning of patients, setting up sterile fields, handling instruments, and operating specialized equipment during diagnostic and interventional procedures. - Ensuring the availability and proper functioning of all necessary equipment and supplies, maintaining sterile techniques, and adhering to infection control policies.
