As a Product Manager - Debit cards in the Retail Liabilities department, your main role is to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps, and come up with innovative ideas to enhance market share, elevate customer experience, and stimulate growth. You will be responsible for creating a product vision in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, as well as developing pricing and positioning strategies. An essential part of your job will involve understanding tokenization, card security, and contactless technology. You will need to translate the product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, while also scoping and prioritizing activities based on their impact on the business and customers. Working closely with technology and operations teams, you will ensure quick time-to-market delivery and optimal resource utilization. Your responsibilities will also include driving product launches in coordination with internal stakeholders, managing card activation and portfolio, and handling compliance requirements. You will be required to engage and collaborate with partners and stakeholders, both internal and external, while aligning closely with Customer Service & Onboarding teams to ensure a robust customer experience. For this role, a graduation degree in any field is required, along with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales.,
