Key Responsibilities: 1. Raw Material Quality Inspection: Inspect incoming materials (solid wood, plywood, MDF, particleboard, laminates, veneers, adhesives, upholstery materials, fasteners, etc.) for conformance to specifications. Use tools like moisture meters , calipers , and thickness gauges to verify dimensional and material quality. Maintain Material Inspection Reports (MIR) and approve/reject materials with traceability. 2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Conduct stage-wise inspections (cutting, CNC routing, edge-banding, lamination, carcass assembly, sanding, polishing, upholstery, etc.).
