Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure scalability and regulatory compliance. Stay updated with market trends, new ingredients, and flavor technologies. Requirements Bachelors/Masters in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field. Proven experience in beverage R&D and formulation. Strong understanding of flavors, sweeteners, emulsions, and carbonation processes. Knowledge of FSSAI/US FDA/EU beverage regulations (as per target market).
