Roles & Responsibilities: Design and implement sustainability programs focused on energy efficiency, waste management, water conservation, and carbon footprint reduction. Conduct environmental audits, impact assessments, and life cycle assessments (LCA). Track and analyze sustainability KPIs and generate periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders. Support ESG and sustainability reporting as per GRI, CDP, BRSR, and other regulatory frameworks. Collaborate with procurement and operations to develop sustainable sourcing and supply chain strategies. Ensure compliance with local and global environmental regulations and corporate sustainability standards. Provide training and awareness programs to employees on sustainability practices and CSR. Recommend and help implement eco-efficient technologies and green certifications (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001). Work with leadership to integrate sustainability into business strategy and drive long-term impact. Stay updated with sustainability trends, innovations, and policy developments to inform strategic planning.
