As a part of the team, your responsibilities will include managing the daily activities of the team, ensuring the achievement of system, team, and individual Customer Service goals, and maintaining a thorough understanding of service tasks, programs, and telecommunications capabilities. You will oversee key performance indicators, handle administrative aspects such as reporting, and possess superior communication skills. Furthermore, you should demonstrate the ability to enhance processes through technology and performance improvements, effectively plan, prioritize, and organize tasks, and exhibit proficiency in workforce management applications, quality tools, and technologies. The role also requires experience in data analysis, goal-setting, managing escalations, providing error feedback, ensuring quality scores are met, coordinating training sessions with delivery managers and Learning & Development points of contact, and driving completion by liaising with leads and managers. Mandatory skills for this position include expertise in Geographic Information Systems (Car support). The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience and be driven by the prospect of reinventing themselves, their career, and their skills.
