Your job is to be the friendly expert who helps customers protect, upgrade, and personalize their cars. You guide them from their first question to their finished car. Daily Sales Tasks Greet & Talk: Welcome customers in the showroom, and respond to phone calls and online messages. Inspect Cars: Walk around the car with the customer to see what they need. Explain Services Simply: Car Care: "Ceramic coating will keep your car shiny and protected for years. Window Tinting: "We use legal, clear heat-rejection films. They block heat and UV rays without breaking the law. Accessories: "These custom-fit floor mats will protect your car's interior. Create and explain clear, simple quotes for products and work. Schedule Jobs: Book appointments that work for the customer and the workshop. Sell & Upsell: Help the customer decide and suggest other items they might like (e.g., "While we're detailing the inside, we can also install new seat covers.") Things You Must Know Car Care: Know the difference between polishing, ceramic coating, and PPF. Window Tinting: You must know the law in Tamil Nadu. No dark films are allowed. The glass itself must have 70% visibility (front/back) and 50% (sides), clear heat-rejection films. Accessories: Know which accessories fit which car models (e.g., speakers, lights, spoilers). Behind-the-Scenes Work: Instruct Technicians: Write clear work orders so the mechanics know exactly what to do. Manage Stock: Keep track of accessories and order more when needed. Update Records: Keep customer information and sales records in the computer system (CRM). Handle Payments: Create final bills and process payments. Customer Service: The Final Handover: When the car is ready, show the customer the great work that was done. Explain After-Care: Tell the customer how to take care of their new coating, tint, or accessory. Follow-Up Call: Call the customer a week later to make sure they are happy. Get Reviews: Ask happy customers to leave a good review online. Take Photos: Take nice photos and videos of the finished cars for social media like Instagram.
