vConstruct , a Pune based international construction technology company is seeking a Learning Content Developer , with 2-3 years of experience to join our team and develop varied content for job-oriented training for Architects, Civil Engineers, Project Engineers in the field of Constructional Design and Management. The candidate must have impeccable communication skills. They may have some experience or exposure to technical content engineering, architecture, pharma. The candidate will be a part of the internal Learning & Development team at vConstruct. Key Responsibilities: Create learning content through rapid development tools like Articulate, Captivate, other content creation software without the assistance of programmers/developers Interact with course developers, SMEs, learning content writers to understand their ideas, work interactively, and develop effective learning content for delivery on a LMS for classroom or practical on-the-job training, or self-learning learner needs will vary Create engaging Learning output, design interesting, interactive learning ideas to help learners understand technical concepts related to Construction management Listen and respond in English language in technical conversations, ability to ask questions, clarify points, understand technical subject matter located at different geographical locations Requirements and Qualifications: Experience 2 to 3 years, ideally a candidate with a masters degree in training, Instructional Design, Writing, English Language, Mass Communication, Journalism Key Skills: Articulate, Captivate, MS Office, SnagIt, Camtasia, basic image editing, basic animation creation, basic Photoshop skills, basics of Instructional Design Must have an excellent command over the English Language (both spoken and written) Must have excellent communication skills listening and speaking Must have an interest in pursuing a career in the eLearning/training industry Be able to work in a flexible environment, independently as well as with teams located in different geographies Must be able to plan their work and adhere to project schedules and deadlines Develop and maintain good working relationships with the Onsite teams, customers, and the team at vConstruct Should have working knowledge of computers, especially MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Must have a detail-oriented and a quality driven approach to work A strong work ethic and a can-do” attitude with an ability to learn quickly and independently with minimal supervision. Desirable: Experience in the eLearning industry or experience in technical writing Knowledge of basic Instructional Design principles
