Job Description

Greet guests warmly, take orders, and serve food & beverages. Ensure tables, service areas, and pantry are clean and well maintained. Set up tables with cutlery, crockery, and glassware as per standards. Maintain product knowledge to suggest and upsell items. Follow hygiene, safety, and service protocols. For Captains: Supervise stewards and assign duties for smooth operations. Coordinate with kitchen/barista team for timely service. Handle guest complaints and ensure service excellence. Monitor inventory of service items and train team members.
