Your role is to initiate conversations, build interest, explain how we help brands launch, scale, and grow on Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C platforms, and convert them into paying clients or enroll them into our exclusive D2C Growth Cohort Program. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls and follow-up calls to potential leads. Explain services like Amazon/Flipkart account setup, website development, listing, A+ content, ads, and creative services. Understand client needs and pitch suitable solutions. Book and schedule meetings for the founder or sales head with interested leads. Maintain call reports, CRM data, and lead funnel consistently. Convert warm leads into confirmed clients or cohort members. Handle basic objections and provide accurate brand information confidently. ✅ Requirements: 2–5 years of tele sales or inside sales experience (preferably in marketing, SaaS, digital agency, or e-commerce domain). Fluent in Hindi & English, with strong communication and convincing skills. Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and CRM tools. Self-motivated and target-driven.
