Role Description This is a full-time on-site Compliance Manager role located in Jodhpur. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting audits and reviews, and providing training on compliance issues, managing HR related compliance roles. Factory related Audits for overseas clients, physical and statutory compliances, liaison with various Government departments in related field including HR Policies and framework. Qualifications Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in HR and Factory Operations- Compliance. Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures Ability to conduct audits and reviews for overseas clients in ethical and physical operations.
