As part of Caprus IT INC, a leading software provider with offices in India, Singapore, and the US Job Summary Caprus Digital is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive enterprise and channel sales for our Microsoft and Cloud Communication solutions. The role involves D irect Large Enterprise Sales as well as developing and managing channel partner/reseller relationships in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, Microsoft 365/Office 365 licensing, Cloud PBX, VoIP, and Contact Center solutions. The candidate must be target-driven, technically sound, and skilled in both consultative selling and channel partner engagement . Key Responsibilities Enterprise Sales Drive new business acquisition for: Microsoft Teams Direct Routing Microsoft 365/Office 365 license solutions Cloud PBX and SIP Trunks Omnichannel Contact Center and VoIP Solutions Build and manage a pipeline of large corporate clients across BFSI, IT, Pharma, Manufacturing, and Services sectors. Develop strategic account plans to ensure high conversions and long-term relationship building. Engage with decision-makers such as CIOs, IT Heads, and Procurement Heads to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Channel Partner / Reseller Engagement Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners, resellers, and system integrators in Delhi NCR. Drive partner-led revenue by enabling partners with sales kits, solution training, and co-branded marketing support. Work with partners to jointly pitch, propose, and close enterprise deals. Monitor partner performance, resolve conflicts, and ensure healthy channel relationships. Develop incentive programs and campaigns to boost channel partner engagement and sales contribution. Collaboration & Enablement Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams for customized proposals, demos, and pricing. Stay updated on Microsoft licensing models, Teams integrations, and cloud communication regulatory compliance. Represent Caprus Digital at industry events, webinars, and client presentations. Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of enterprise B2B sales experience in Unified Communications, Microsoft Solutions, or Cloud Telephony . Mandatory experience in selling Microsoft Teams Direct Routing or Microsoft 365/Office 365 Licenses . Strong domain knowledge in Cloud PBX, SIP Trunks, Contact Centers, and VoIP solutions. Proven success in building and managing channel/reseller ecosystems . Strong network in Delhi NCR’s enterprise market and experience handling large accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Technical understanding of SBCs, SIP, VoIP protocols, and compliance frameworks (DOT, TRAI) is a plus. Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech / BSc IT / BCA preferred); MBA is an advantage.
