As a Virtual Manufacturing specialist, you will be responsible for establishing engine assembly process sequences for new or existing products, virtually validating the assembly sequence, and ensuring its effectiveness in consultation with experts. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to drive alignment and implement best practices. To excel in this role, you should have at least 4 years of overall experience and prior experience in shopfloor assembly process planning, specifically related to Torque Audit and Capp+. You should possess the ability to quickly adapt to new environments, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be proficient in problem-solving. A strong fundamental understanding of engines, gensets, and their systems is essential, along with hands-on experience in project management. Education Requirement: - Bachelor's degree or Equivalent in Mechanical/Production/Industrial/Automobile Engineering.
