The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding clients, and helping expand the firm’s outreach in line with SEBI regulations and ethical practices. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, events, etc.). • Explain the company’s SEBI-registered research services and investment products to prospective clients. • Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and demos. • Build and maintain client relationships to generate repeat and referral business. • Coordinate with the research and advisory teams to align client onboarding and follow-up processes. • Keep accurate records of client interactions and update CRM tools. • Stay updated with SEBI regulations and ensure compliance in all communications and sales practices. • Meet monthly targets and report on progress to the Business Development Manager. ⸻ Requirements: For Freshers: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to learn about financial markets and SEBI guidelines. • Strong motivation and confidence in client-facing roles.
