OB TITLE: Fitter – Window Installation / Fitter We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fitter with hands-on experience in window installation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, aligning, and securing window units across various residential and commercial projects, ensuring precision and quality workmanship at every site. Key Responsibilities: Perform on-site window installation (aluminum or glass) according to design specifications and measurements. Ensure accurate alignment, sealing, and fitting of window frames and glass panels. Handle tools and machinery with care, ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers for daily job execution. Troubleshoot installation issues and provide timely resolutions. Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety protocols. Perform repairs or re-installations as and when required. Prepare basic reports or feedback post-installation (if required). Qualification and Skills: ITI certification or similar technical background preferred (not mandatory). Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in window fitting or installation. Good understanding of installation tools, equipment, and safety guidelines. Ability to work independently or as part of a field team. Physically fit and able to work at heights or under challenging site conditions. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
