As an Associate in the Real Estate Consulting Team, your role will involve assisting companies in identifying and measuring the value of their assets through independent and well-supported valuations. You will conduct real estate market analysis on local, national, and international levels using various valuation approaches. Your responsibilities will include gathering data through client interactions, reviewing industry trends, and presenting analysis results clearly and concisely to clients. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Real Estate Finance, technical knowledge of real estate investments, familiarity with valuation models, and an understanding of relevant professional and regulatory issues. Experience with fair value accounting standards, purchase price allocation, and impairment analysis is beneficial. Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and travel as needed.
