We have opening for Harness Engineer with UG NX experience Must Work experience: 2+ Years Tool Required: UGNX, Capital H / XC, CHS tools, Work Locationn: Chennai Notice Period: Immediate Joined Role & responsibilities 1. Bachelor (or) Masters in Electrical (or) Electronics Engineering 2. Good knowledge in automobile, especially in the domain of Electrical Wiring harness & Battery cables. 3. Experience in Design and development of Wiring harness & Battery cables. 4. Strong knowledge in Engineering basics, Drawing standards like ISO/DIN standards. 5. Good and strong knowledge in Engineering design software like NX & Capital H / XC. Should be able to handle Complex assemblies. 6. Hands on Experience in UGNX (UNIGRAPHICS) of wiring harness routing. 7. Hands on Experience in CHS tools. 2D drawing creation. 8. Hands on Experience in CHS tools Schematic creation ( Logic). 9. Hands on Experience in UGNX bracket design. 10. Experience in Product Life cycle management and Engineering change management. 11. Expertise in MS-Excel and PowerPoint 12. Fluent English language (technical) & communication skills

Role & responsibilities Resource Design: Knowledge of J1939 and LIN (19.2) based communication protocol Ability to read and interpret a Vehicle Message Matrix document Experience using CAN/LIN traces for troubleshooting Able to simulate and manipulate messages for validation purposes Familiar with basic electrical concepts for wiring Ability to create a component and/or function test plans with appropriate test cases to validate system operation of Mechatronic features in development (DVP). Familiar with J1939 for wiring requirements Proficient on wiring creation, Able to select circuit IDs Able to calculate circuit gauges. Able to understand multiplexed logic Proficient on CHS, meaning that he knows how to perform the following processes: Schematic Generation following DTNA standards in Capital Logic Harness Generation on MOD XC Proficient on Chart and BOM creation Familiar with Deviations Familiar with IDD charting Able to create test cases to validate correct operation of Mechatronic features (DVP&R). Able to engage with different OEMs for wiring requirements Nice to have: Ability to update the global ECU parameters (domains/fragments) using ODX Studio. Ability to convert the supplier provided flash file into DT Ceasar files or SMR files using ODX Studio. Ability to release the ECU parameters, softwares etc., through EDLS Client. Ability to understand the feature needs and accomplish the feature using Flexible Logic Software for global ECUs. Ability to create CHEC parameters using CHEC/CHEC+ CHS Ability to review the Diagnostic Link log files to determine the root cause of the ECU faults and parameter related issues. Knowledge on Diagnose Portal of ECU cdd, cbf etc., Experience with NX Proficient in using DOORS Next and reviewing the component specifications, feature specs, requirements etc.

Role & responsibilities 3-7 years of relevant experience in Design & Developing automotive wiring harness Experience in Design and Development of Wiring Harness LV & HV or automotive wiring harness components (Connectors, wires, Coverings, Clips etc.,) Hands on Experience in Capital XC & Capital Logic / CATIA. Good knowledge in Electrical components, Architecture, and splice Balancing etc., Cross functional experience in Design and program management will be an added advantage. Role & responsibilities Experience in 2- D/ 3-D harness design in Automotive electrical circuits. Experience in Creo Schematic, 2D/3D Auto Cad, Vesys, Capital XC Ability to design & develop wire harness for Engine wiring harness & modify existing designs, propose new concepts for wiring design Good awareness to Routing Design and Industry best practices, Choice of Protective Coverings & its application method in a given environment Knowledge of components used for wiring harness design, wire types & its selection Ability to prepare and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Good awareness of Harness Manufacturing and in particular have exposure to Engine Harness Design / Development Has knowledge to conduct Fit Checks, and Able to attend / conduct 3D CAD Design Reviews for Virtual Validation. Able to come up with design changes to resolve conflicts. Should have awareness to the DVP&R and DFMEA activities related to harness and interconnects. Executing projects independently under minimal supervision Work against the schedule of design programs and produce required deliverables Interact with suppliers to drive design requirements to be released in product. Positive attitude and highest integrity. Proactively seek information and direction to successfully complete the statement of work. Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional team. Demonstrate good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Be fluent in written and spoken English, and proficiency with MS Office tools.
