Your role will require the following technical skills and competencies: Must Have: - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, specializing in Clinical Sales, Case Management, KOL, Capital Sales, and Marketing Sales - Completion of at least one or two Salesforce certifications - Strong understanding of Salesforce Roles, Profiles, and User Management - Proven experience in developing automation scripts using the TOSCA automation framework - Hands-on experience with Selenium and Java for automation script development - Previous experience in leading a team of 23 members - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients Good to have: - Automation experience with Selenium/Java - Knowledge of API testing As a candidate, you are expected to: - Write robust scripts to ensure code functionality - Execute scripts across multiple environments and share reports - Understand existing code and make necessary modifications - Collaborate with project and infrastructure teams - Provide analysis and recommendations based on execution results - Demonstrate proactiveness in completing assigned tasks - Learn and apply new performance testing techniques to projects - Work independently, demonstrating resourcefulness to make progress - Own the implementation of scripts and deliver within designated timelines - Provide timely status updates and raise concerns when necessary - Possess good communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams If you are excited about contributing to digital innovation and engineering within a dynamic and collaborative environment, we look forward to considering your application.
