As a Senior Associate within CMAAS at PwC, you will have the opportunity to take on complex financial reporting issues, tackle technical accounting challenges, and assist in new IFRS implementations and conversions. Your role will involve addressing clients" needs with a creative and solution-oriented approach for high-profile transactions. You will also interact significantly with senior company management teams and play a part in providing IFRS training both to clients and internally to PwC teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide IFRS technical accounting advice to a variety of clients. - Perform IFRS compliance reviews of financial statements. - Assist in capital market transactions like capital raising and business acquisitions. - Help create content for IFRS roadshows and roadmaps. - Prepare International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) financial statements for companies across diverse industries. - Lead engagement teams on financial reporting projects. - Offer specialist support on technical IFRS areas including financial instruments and business combinations. - Provide accounting advice on the impact assessment of the adoption of new IFRSs to clients. - Act as an audit support consultant on financial reporting issues for audit teams. - Convert financial statements from local/non-IFRSGAAP to IFRS. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both new and established. - Engage in wider practice management responsibilities including coaching, competency development, and market eminence activities. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant subject areas such as Accounting or Finance. - Mandatory qualification(s) include ACCA, ACA, CPA, or other equivalent qualification completed or in progress. - Minimum of 3 years of working experience in an audit firm within audit or accounting projects.,
