Mandatory Requirements (Must-Haves): Educational Qualification : Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering . Sales Experience : Minimum of 2+ years of experience in industrial product sales . Sales Skills : Proven experience in: Lead generation Winning new accounts Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities Industry Exposure : Preferably from sectors such as: Power Plants Cement Plants OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) Process Industry Steel Industry Technical Proficiency : Basic computer literacy Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Language Skills : Proficient in English and Hindi (spoken and written) Roles & Responsibilities: Customer Engagement : At least 2 years of experience in direct B2B industrial/technical sales Maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor Product Knowledge : Basic understanding of heat exchangers or filters is preferred Ability to address customer technical queries effectively Sales Execution : Identify, approach, and convert potential leads into business Retain and expand the existing customer base Target customers in power, chemical, oil refineries, general industries , and any other segments as needed Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Active listening skills Clear and confident communicator Field Work : Willingness to travel to industrial clients within and around the state Expected travel: 10 - 15 days per month Meet weekly field visit targets and create actionable sales leads
