Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, designing and executing marketing campaigns, training sales staff, and monitoring sales performance to meet targets. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to train and develop sales staff Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with market research and marketing campaign design Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience in the infrastructure sector is a plus
