Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Credit Card Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling credit card products to potential customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers for credit card products through telecalling. Explain credit card features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly to customers. Assist customers in completing application forms and ensure all required documents are submitted. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated timeframe. Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business. Coordinate with the verification and backend team to ensure smooth processing of applications. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate (any stream). Prior experience in sales, preferably in financial products (credit cards, loans, insurance), is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools.
