As a Co-Founder / Strategic Investor for a Skincare Venture based in Mumbai with a hybrid work model, you will be part of an exciting opportunity to shape the future of aesthetics and skincare in India. With a solid operational base and profound consumer understanding, we are set to collaborate on establishing a scalable skincare brand that seamlessly merges high-performance treatments to yield exceptional outcomes. Your role involves contributing to our vision of creating a brand that not only excels in the premium skincare market but also transcends boundaries to reach a wider audience. Through the establishment of result-driven skin aesthetics studios, semi-permanent makeup services, and regenerative skincare studios, we aim to open at least 6 flagship studios within the next 2-3 years. Additionally, we aspire to develop a brand with a commanding presence in the premium skincare sector, encompassing both online and offline channels. The product line is envisioned to evolve progressively as the flagship studios become operational. The ideal candidate for this role is an entrepreneur or strategic thinker equipped with robust execution capabilities. You should be able to contribute both financially and strategically, demonstrating a passion for wellness, aesthetics, or skincare. A key aspect of this position involves co-creating and expanding a skincare brand with a well-defined roadmap towards securing venture capital funding within 12-18 months. It is essential that you are prepared to embrace the challenges and successes inherent in building a sustainable venture for the long term.
