Role & responsibilities: Design plastic products and components using UGNX-CAD software (2D & 3D). Develop injection mould designs (core, cavity, runner, gating, cooling, ejection). Conduct design feasibility & DFM analysis to ensure manufacturability. Select suitable materials considering product application and moulding process. Collaborate with tool room & production teams during mould manufacturing. Support mould trials & troubleshooting to resolve defects and improve quality.
