As a Production Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and control daily production productivity to meet targets. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that product quality is maintained and improved throughout the production process. Your strategic planning and implementation skills will be essential in increasing productivity while upholding high-quality standards. In this role, you will closely coordinate with various teams, including the Material Inward Team for timely availability of raw materials, Processing Teams to maintain workflow efficiency, Dispatch Team for smooth shipment and delivery, and Maintenance Team for machine maintenance. You will also oversee manpower planning to ensure proper shift coverage and operator allocation. Your duties will include ensuring the execution of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), following and improving processes and systems, and being hands-on by learning to operate all machines. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and upskilling machine operators to enhance performance and efficiency, as well as motivating and leading the shop-floor team to boost morale and productivity. Identifying and resolving production bottlenecks and inefficiencies, maintaining accurate production records, and reports, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives will also be part of your role. Collaboration with Quality and R&D teams on process improvements and new product trials, as well as maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, will be crucial for success. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as provided food, Provident Fund, performance bonuses, yearly bonuses, and various shift schedules, including day shift, morning shift, night shift, and rotational shift. It is required that you are able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka.
