Role & responsibilities 1. Conduct customer audits and provide feedback to ensure compliance with their requirements. 2. Perform process audits to identify gaps and recommend improvements. 3. Conduct product audits to ensure quality and specifications are met. 4. Carry out dimension audits for precision and compliance with design. 5. Inspect cosmetic aspects of products to meet aesthetic standards. 6. Perform Kappa audits and qualify the team members. 7. Perform/ Co-ordinate Corporate Plant Audits. 8. Create and Adhere to the management system audit plan (IQA, Customer audits, ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001, Legal & Regulatory, etc.,) 9.Monitoring and ensure closure of all management audit non conformances Preferred candidate profile 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred). 2. Minimum of 10 - 15 years experience in Leading Quality, Environment and Safety Sytem Certifications and audits within the manufacturing industry. 3. Certified Lead Auditor Integrated Management System.(Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001) 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent communication and report-writing abilities. 6. Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, ERP systems, and quality management software. 7. Certification in Six Sigma 8.Exposure to APQP/PPAP Process 9. Exposure Zero Defects Program 10. Candidates from EMS background is preferrable.
