Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Sales & Marketing Executive who can identify new business opportunities, convert leads into customers, and manage client relationships end-to-end. The role demands strong communication, digital savviness, and proactive engagement with potential clients through both online and offline channels. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as: LinkedIn and other B2B platforms Bulk mailing and email campaigns Authentic purchased databases Facebook, industry groups, and trade portals Cold calling and outreach Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Marketing & Brand Presence: Independently or in coordination with the sales and marketing team, plan and execute customer outreach campaigns. Create and promote product brochures, digital flyers, and presentations as needed. Develop and post engaging content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to build brand visibility and attract leads. Actively grow and nurture the company’s online network and connections with prospective clients and industry contacts. Contribute ideas and content for email campaigns, newsletters, and other digital marketing initiatives. Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to inform strategy. Sales & Conversion: Initiate conversations with potential customers and understand their packaging needs. Deliver compelling product presentations and quotations tailored to client requirements. Follow up consistently to convert leads into orders. Prepare quotations and share pricing, MOQ, and delivery timelines with customers. Independently handle negotiations and close orders based on approved pricing and company policies. Customer Account Management: Act as the key point of contact for assigned customers. Coordinate internally with production, inventory, and export teams to ensure timely delivery. Manage documentation and ensure smooth onboarding and repeat orders. Provide regular updates and reports to management on account status and performance. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in CRM or Excel trackers. Analyse trends and suggest improvements to lead generation or conversion strategy. Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in B2B international sales or marketing within the closure, packaging, or related manufacturing industry. Excellent written and spoken communication in English. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and Excel. A self-starter with the ability to meet targets and work independently. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA or Marketing background preferred).
