We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise in Workforce Planning (WFP) and Workforce Analytics (WFA) . You will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven workforce strategies, delivering advanced analytics, and supporting customized reporting solutions. This role requires strong proficiency in BIRT reporting and a collaborative approach to work with various stakeholders to align analytics with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Planning & Analytics modules . Gather business requirements and design scalable solutions for strategic workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and HR analytics. Develop, enhance, and maintain BIRT reports tailored to customer-specific KPIs and metrics. Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver dashboards, analytics, and reports aligned with organizational goals. Work with SAP's MDF (Metadata Framework) , report center, and calculated columns in WFA. Perform system testing, user training, and post-implementation support. Assist with data modeling, data mapping, and integration with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems. Skills Required: Strong proficiency in BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tool) for custom report development. Solid understanding of data models, calculated columns, and metrics packs in Workforce Analytics. Experience integrating WFA with core HR systems and external data sources. Knowledge of MDF (Metadata Framework), Role-Based Permissions (RBP) , and Report Center. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills. Experience with other SuccessFactors modules ( e.g., EC, LMS, PMGM ) is a plus. Familiarity with Advanced Reporting, Canvas Reports, and ORD is a plus. Knowledge of predictive analytics or data visualization tools (e.g., SAC, Power BI) is a plus. SAP SuccessFactors WFA/WFP Certification is preferred. QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors LMS module to support global learning initiatives. Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Manage course catalogs, curricula, assignment profiles, and user roles. Support system integrations (e.g., HRIS, SSO, content providers like LinkedIn Learning or Skillsoft). Provide Level 2/3 support for LMS-related issues and manage change requests. Create and maintain documentation including process flows, user guides, and training materials. Assist with reporting and analytics using SuccessFactors reporting tools. Collaborate with internal IT, HR, and vendor teams to drive system improvements and innovation. Key Skills Required: Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS configuration and administration Understanding of SCORM/AICC content, learning paths, and blended learning models Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi) Knowledge of Learning Assessments, Surveys, and Certification Programs Strong understanding of HR and talent development processes Experience with user permissions, workflows, and data security within LMS Strong communication and documentation skills Reporting experience (Canvas Reports, Plateau Reports) is a plus

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst to develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards within the SAP SuccessFactors platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Advanced Reporting, Canvas reports and Story Reports, with strong skills in data analysis and visualization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Report Development & Maintenance: o Design, develop, and maintain reports using Story Reports, Advanced Reporting and Canvas Reports. o Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business requirements. o Optimize existing reports for better performance and user experience. 2. Data Analysis & Insights: o Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights that support business decisions. o Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to understand reporting needs. o Provide ad-hoc reports and dashboards for various stakeholders. 3. SuccessFactors Administration & Enhancements: o Configure and customize SuccessFactors reporting modules as per business needs. o Work with the Business team to troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues. o Stay updated with new features in SuccessFactors People Analytics & Reporting. o Employee Central portlet wise knowledge is required. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience: 2+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics. • Technical Skills: o Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Story Reports, Canvas Reports. o Employee Central portlet wise knowledge is required. • Soft Skills: o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Experience on Software lifecycle and Support methodologies Preferred Qualifications: • SAP SuccessFactors certification in People Analytics / Reporting. • Experience in Employee Central (EC) • Prior experience in HR Analytics, HRIS, or data governance.
