We are looking for a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in leading large-scale complex projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing Microsoft solutions, implementing new features, and ensuring the overall quality of our Microsoft implementation. Additionally, their responsibilities include providing ongoing system support and maintaining comprehensive documentation. What you will bring: 5-8 years of experience in technology solution development, with a minimum of 4-5 years specifically focused on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) development. Proven expertise in designing and developing robust applications using Power Pages and Model-Driven Apps. Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) architecture, security model, and advanced customization capabilities. Solid programming skills in C# and JavaScript, with demonstrable experience in writing custom plugins, custom workflow activities, and client-side scripts. Competence in Power Fx and FetchXML for advanced application logic and data retrieval within the Power Platform. Extensive experience in integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Power Automate, Azure Integration Services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions), and other middleware platforms. Expertise in data model design and comprehensive data management tasks within the Microsoft ecosystem, including support for data migration and transformation using Power Platform Dataflows, Dynamics 365 Data Management Framework (DMF), and various ETL tools. Strong competence in Microsoft Security & Permissions, including data protection strategies, access management, and role-based security configurations. Highly competent in solution design and the creation of comprehensive deliverables. This includes the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications, define robust integration points, and meticulously document customizations, ensuring clarity and alignment among all stakeholders for successful implementation.
