Job Summary Responsible for generating admissions and brand visibility for the institute through field marketing, counseling, lead follow-up, school/college tie-ups, digital promotions and closing enrollments across segments: CA/CS/CMA Coaching NEET-JEE Tuition Classes (11th–12th) Key Responsibilities) Lead Generation & Field Marketing Conduct door-to-door awareness in residential colonies & societies Visit schools, colleges, coaching zones for tie-ups & seminars Conduct pamphlet distribution, standee placement & local activations Organise demo classes, parent meets, education fairs & career talks Maintain daily lead database & visit reports B) Digital & Tele Marketing Run WhatsApp / Facebook / Instagram local campaigns Handle inbound inquiries from Google ads, Justdial, WhatsApp, calls Do outbound calling & follow-ups until admission is closed Maintain CRM / Excel sheets of leads & follow-up status C) Counseling & Admission Closure Counsel parents & students on course structure, fees & benefits Conduct campus tour and explain differentiators Negotiate & finalize admissions as per monthly targets Ensure fee payment and documentation completion D) Institutional & Corporate Tie-Ups Tie-ups with schools for 11–12 PCM/Commerce tuition batches Tie-ups with colleges for CA/CS/CMA foundation students Tie-ups with preschools / societies for referral admissions Develop referral programs & franchise inquiries (if needed) E) Reporting & Targets Achieve monthly admission targets for each category Submit daily MIS — leads, visits, conversions, pending cases Competitor tracking — fees, offers, marketing activities Required Skills Strong communication & convincing skills Local area knowledge & field marketing experience Parent/student counseling ability Basic computer + WhatsApp marketing + Excel Confident, target-oriented & self-driven Qualification Minimum Graduate (Any stream) Experience in education marketing preferred (not mandatory) Work Mode Field + Office (70% field marketing, 30% counseling & follow-up) 6 days working – Sunday off / or as per institute policy KPIs (Evaluation Metrics) Number of leads generated (daily/weekly) Number of school/college tie-ups Number of walk-ins / counseling sessions Admission closures & fee collections Cost per admission (ROI on activities) Salary & Incentives Fixed salary as per market Admission incentive per conversion Bonus on achieving monthly targets Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid sick time Work Location: In person
