Job Description

You will be designated as a Candidate Source & Screen New Associate at Accenture. As an individual with 0 to 1 year of experience and holding a graduation degree, you will play a key role in the Talent Acquisition team, specifically focusing on Sourcing & Screening. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates to meet the recruitment demand based on the Recruiting Plan. You will work closely with the Recruitment vertical, collaborating with sub-offerings like Sourcing, Scheduling, BGV, Document Collection, Onboarding & Internal Shared Services, to support leading recruitment companies in achieving their objectives. Your main objective will be to enhance workforce performance, productivity, and business agility while reducing costs and increasing revenue through strategic talent sourcing. As a part of the Recruitment team, you will work on building a proactive sourcing plan and identifying suitable channels and strategies aligned with the organizational goals to attract the best talent. Your role will involve solving routine problems with the support of general guidelines and instructions from your direct supervisor. Your decisions will impact your own work and will be closely monitored. You will be part of a team contributing individually within a defined scope of work. It is important to note that this role may involve working in rotational shifts to meet the operational requirements.
