Job Description

As a Candidate Source & Screen Analyst at Accenture, you will play a vital role in improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. Your primary responsibility will include sourcing and screening candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan within the Recruitment vertical. You will collaborate with a team that focuses on Recruitment, Sourcing, Scheduling, BGV, Document Collection, Onboarding & Internal Shared Services to support leading recruitment companies in achieving their vision. To excel in this role, you must build a proactive sourcing plan, identify sourcing channels, and develop tactical strategies aligned with the organization's goals to attract top talent effectively. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you analyze and solve lower-complexity problems, with interactions primarily with peers within Accenture. While you may have limited exposure to clients and management, you will receive moderate-level instructions on daily tasks and detailed guidance on new assignments. As an individual contributor within a team, you will have a focused scope of work, with the decisions you make impacting your own tasks and potentially influencing the work of others.
