Key Responsibilities: - Proficient in Interviewing Techniques: Conduct structured and behavioral interviews to assess candidates" competencies for Audit and Assurance roles. - Candidate Mapping Expertise: Identify and map potential candidates using various sourcing channels. - Data Management and Analysis: Use recruitment software and data analytics tools to track candidate progress and analyze hiring metrics. - Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on recruitment strategies. - Reference Checking and Validation: Conduct thorough reference checks to ensure high-quality hires. Qualifications and Experience: - Education: Bachelor's degree with a foundational understanding of finance; MBA preferred. - Experience: 4-6 years in recruitment, specifically supporting hiring for Audit and Assurance roles.
